-Payment- 30% deposit upon booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks before arrival date: .

-Arrival & Departure- "Changeover day is Saturdays". Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

-Breakage Deposit- €500 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure

-Telephone Line-

-Electricity- Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15 /kwhr.

-Non-electric Heating-

-Bedlinen & towels- Bedsheets available at €10 per double bed, €8 per single. Towels are available at €5 per pair (one large and one small). Towels for the beach are available for rent at €5 euro each

-Cleaning- End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €50 cash, payable on arrival. End of stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

-Pets- are not allowed, but small animals maybe allowed exceptionally by prior arrangement (e.g. in low season).

-Max party size- 4/6
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

-Other- Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times.
