Set over 2 floors the villa offers a lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen space leading out to the huge terrace overlooking the fenced, gated and alarmed swimming pool. The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 set of bunks) - great for 2 families on holiday together.

From the villa you can easily walk to the small town of Lorgues where you will find cafes, restaurants and all essential amenities. The town is famed for its Tuesday Farmer's market and there are some excellent eateries in the region.

A superb location to use as a base to explore the area with easy access to the mountains the Mediterranean.

On the ground floor of Villa Lorgues there is a large, open plan living area with lounge, dining room and through an archway the kitchen. In the lounge there's a U-shaped sofa and television with Netflix.

The four bedrooms are on the first floor with views over the pool and the countryside. All are equipped with portable fans.

This Traditional Vacation Villa has a Private, Fenced and Gated Pool

Step through the French doors from the house to watch the sun rise from the large terrace that runs the length of the villa. There is an awning for extra shade and steps that lead down to the pool area secured by a gate. Alternatively, you can access the swimming pool area through the gate leading from the parking area.

The fenced, gated swimming pool is 10m x 5m x 1.5 and 2.5m in depth and has Roman steps leading you gently into the water. There is a cover and an alarm. As the house faces South East the pool has sun almost all day. The pool is surrounded by planting for privacy and there is plenty of space to relax on sun loungers by the pool. 

There are wooden and plastic sun beds and cushions, 3 occasional tables and numerous chairs 

For dining outdoors, there are 2 dining tables and a gas BBQ. In the summer kitchen you'll find a fridge, grill and a work top with a sink.
