Stylish Luxury property in the heart of Port Grimaud to sleep 12
Villa Venise was designed by architect Francois Spoerry, whose works created and shaped Port Grimaud, also known as "Little Venice" of the South of France. The villa was one of the first to be built and his home during the development, its trademark colours of red and white distinguishes it as a significant port landmark.
There are 6 air-conditioned guest bedrooms, 2 with en suites and 2 further shared bathrooms plus 2 staff bedrooms. Spacious canal side terrace with outdoor dining areas, roof deck and a mooring for 3 boats.
This South of France holiday villa offers the perfect family vacation setting, with restaurants and beaches just a walk away and the buzz of St Tropez accessible in just 15 minutes by boat or car.
Every care has been taken to ensure your stay is as peaceful and relaxing as possible. As well as daily housekeeping, with a Property Manager on call to ensure that everything is just right.
Luxury South of France villa to sleep 12
The total plot is 400m2, with the spacious villa offering 300m2 - it is one of the largest in Port Grimaud. The traditional exterior, belies a fully renovated interior with a mix of modern and baroque decor, Italian slate floors, chic white and black colour scheme in the general areas and a fabulous bespoke bannister running from top to toe.
Floor to ceiling doors opening out to the main terrace, a large Brez sofa is the main feature of the room with a red round seat complementing the colour scheme and a fireplace.

Located in the heart of the villa adjacent to the dining room and outdoor dining area - it has been well thought out, large and spacious, to facilitate larger dinner parties as well as family meals. There is also a breakfast bar to seat 4.
Well equipped with Alessi cutlery, Gagganau appliances, double fridge, hob, stove, convection oven, microwave and all the other accessories you would expect.

Luxury South of France Villa exterior with views to Port Grimaud canals
The gardens surrounding the holiday villa include the terrace, canal side dock and an ancient olive tree.
A large 40m2 terrace has both shaded seating and areas for sun seekers. Located next to the kitchen there is seating for 12 - ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, together with a separate shaded under cover indoor/outdoor space also with seating for 12 - the best of both worlds.
Roof Deck - 2nd floor
Refurbished in oak with 3 fitted sunbeds, seating for 4, parasol, a summer shower and views over the canal and the town of Port Grimaud. There is a kitchenette in the office adjacent to the deck with a well stocked refrigerator for cooling refreshments.
Dock and Mooring
There is a 16m x 12.40m mooring space, with a maximum capacity for 3 boats of up to 16m - 1 canal side and 2 on the dock.
Port Grimaud, just a 15 minute drive to St Tropez, is a very central location from which to explore all the area has to offer. Often referred to as the Venice of France, "La Venise Provencale" it is an extremely sought after holiday destination and has so much to offer -12 km of quays, canals lined with restaurants and boutiques and a wonderful, lively atmopshere.
Ramatuelle - a small Medieval village, full of narrow streets and passages which overlook the stunning Pampelonne Bay and Pampelonne beach, known for its clear waters and pearly white sand, definitely worth a visit! There are plenty of vineyards around Ramatuelle. The award winning Chateau des Marres offers a guided tour followed by a divine wine tasting experience.
The Esterel Coast-a woodland area, an ideal destination for hiking. "La Corniche d'Or" is one of France's most beautiful hiking routes, bordered by the Mediterranean sea and the Massif Esterel's huge red rocks. Fréjus and Saint Raphaël are popular resorts with numerous beaches, coves, music venues and restaurants.
Île de Porquerolles - accessible via sail or motor boat. There is a 20 minute boat trip from Hyères. In the 1970s Porquerolles gained national park status and is now protected by the French state. It is therefore one of the few completely untouched areas on the coastline. A real natural beauty.
Because of its ideal seaside position, Port Grimaud offers a wide range of water sports. Water ski-ing, jet ski-ing, scuba diving, sailing, wake boarding and kayaking to name a few.
Horse trekking, mountain biking and hiking guided tours of the region. Golf and tennis clubs are also open all year round in Grimaud.

Villa Venise is in a very central location in Port Grimaud and only a few minutes' walk to the main market square, supermarkets and bakers. At the same time, its position on a private gated road ensures peace and privacy from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Local boat rental and yacht charter is available so you can meander through the winding canals of Port Grimaud, which are lined with enchanting boutiques and restaurants. Spend a day visiting the many stunning spots along the coast, such as St Tropez, Pampelonne and Cavalaire.
Port Grimaud is close to some beautiful beaches, with golden sand and clear blue waters.
