This beautiful chateau in the Languedoc has been transformed into the most wonderful exclusive holiday accommodation, decorated and equipped to an excellent standard. This holiday villas offer the best of both worlds, your own luxury private villa with garden and pool and access to the Chateau’s restaurant, reception, tennis court, kids club*, spa* and huge heated infinity pool.

Luxury 3 bedroom holiday villa in the South of France

Spacious open plan living leading out onto the private terrace and garden. The living area incorporates comfortable sofas, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen.

Set over 2 or 3 levels, all the villas have three ensuite bedrooms, with large kingsize beds, 2 of the bedrooms have super-kingsize beds which can be split into 2 singles. The Master En-Suite has a full bathroom and the other two have italian showers and wc.

There are various villas available should you wish to travel with friends or family, whilst at the same time enjoying your own private space.

The holiday villa is set on an exclusive domaine, each villa has its own terrace, garden and pool.

Views over the Languedoc vineyards.

The private heated pool is easily accessed from the Villa's terrace.

The Chateau and the 200 acres of grounds are at your disposal with a huge heated swimming pool surrounded by large comfortable sunloungers - swimming in the pool makes one feel like you are swimming in the vineyards!

The Spa has an indoor pool, small gym area and a hamman. There is an extensive list of beauty treatments along with traditional massages. (*payable onsite). 

The Languedoc area of South of France has a lot to offer

Pouzolles - Family bar, General store, Tabac, 

Magalas - there is a colourful local market twice a week and bakery,  2café/bars, 3 restaurants, pharmacy, post office and doctor.

Beziers apprx 17 km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.

Golf St Thomas: apprx 25km

Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc apprx 20km North of Magalas are the mountains and rocky gorges of the Caroux mountains. Great canoeing on the river Orb.

Pezenas apprx 20km - a lovely Renaissance town with history, culture, a lively Saturday market and lots of cafes/bars, restaurants and boutique shopping.

Mediterranean beaches apprx 30 km - Valras, Serignan, Portiragnes Plage

Agde apprx 35 km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants.

Cap d'Agde apprx 45 km. 'Aqualand' (huge water-slides, etc.)

Narbonne apprx 45 km. Once the capital of Roman Gaul. Famous cathedral.
