Beautifully decorated and furnished South of France villa with gardens, terrace and pool 5 to 10 minute walk into the centre of the beautiful village of Boissieres.
This beautiful holiday villa owned by an interior designer in the heart of South of France's Gard "Garrigue" countryside, near the town of Calvisson known for its Sunday market, is ideal for families with small children as the villa's private pool has 2 security features.
This light and spacious villa is very contemporary in feel and furnished with great style.
Sleeping up to 12 in 5 bedrooms along with a pool, terrace and plenty of outdoor space this villa is ideal for two families to holiday together in the South of France.
The outside areas offers a terrace, pergola and a large garden with plenty of room to dine alfresco. There are safety features for children both in and outside the villa. This is ideal for families with younger children because the large 12m x 6m pool has a safety hard cover, operated by remote control, as well as a net barrier which stretches along the whole side of the terrace.

This modern villa is owned by an interior designer and has been completely refurbished and given a new lease of life.
Open plan Living Room and Dining Room
The spacious light and airy living room, is open plan and has very high ceilings which give it a real 'lift'. There is a sofa and modern wooden armchairs with a magnificent fireplace, TV and internet.
The dining area, at the back, has a modern table and chairs. French doors lead to the covered terrace which has an extendable dining table with chairs in a stylish 60s design.
Above the lounge is a mezzanine (with stairgate) with a lovely sofa and another large TV. This room would be ideal as a games/children's room.
The beautifully designed fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped and has all one needs for the perfect holiday. There is an American fridge and also an additional fridge as well as dishwasher.
Ground Floor Bedrooms
There are three bright and airy bedrooms downstairs.
The 'turquoise' room has an ensuite shower room with a wc and a large Double (180cm) bed.
The 'orange' bedroom has 2 single beds which can be placed together making a double measuring 160cm.
The 'pink' bedroom has two single beds.
There is an independent bathroom and a separate wc for the use of these 2 bedrooms. The washing machine is in the shower room.
2 Upstairs Bedrooms
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to two bedrooms which both lead on to a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and views over the South of France countryside. Both are double rooms with 160cm and 180cm beds. Both rooms share a shower room with an independent wc.

Rural setting for this 5 bedroomed holiday home with secure pool, near Calvisson in the Gard.
This rural villa in the South of France is approached by a driveway leading to a large parking area.
Steps lead down to a large 12 x 6 pool which has a child safety net barrier and also an electric remote controlled hard cover. Next to the pool is a pergola and sunbeds where one can sit comfortably in the shade. There is also an outdoor shower.
There are several terraced areas outside with comfy chairs and an extendable dining table and chairs able to seat up to 12 people. The terrace looks out onto the pool and this beautiful house is surrounded by trees which offer shade to certain areas.
There is a white iron grill door leading out from the house to the pool which can be kept closed if necessary for safety although one can still look out onto the pool and terrace.

Well worth a visit on Sunday morning for the market and that quintessential coffee at the Cafe des Sports in the square whilst watching the world go by and absorbing the banter that fills the air. Newsagent sells UK papers if you want one! Calvisson is also famous for 'Boutis' - colourful quilts/bed throws and an exhibition is running from 1st June 2017 through to end of September 2017 at La Maison du Boutis, Calvisson.

A delightful town straight out of the middle ages - in the heart there is a series of small interlinking squares and snaking cobbled streets, lined on both sides with an array of shops from butchers to boutiques and on Saturdays there is the most fabulous colourful market where shopkeepers and stall holders sell wonderful artisan products and food - from fruit and vegetables, to olives, to bread, fresh pasta and cheeses galore. In the heart of the wine growing region, olives and olive oil production plus Perladon goats cheese from the Cevenol and honey from the Vidourle valley plus, The Cartagene - the 'Farmers Aperitif' made from a centuries old recipe.
Nimes: apprx 18km
Nîmes, a city in the Languedoc region of southern France, was an important outpost of the Roman Empire. It’s known for well-preserved monuments such as the Arena of Nîmes, a double-tiered circa-70 A.D. amphitheatre still in use for concerts. Both the Maison Carrée white limestone Roman temple and Pont du Gard tri-level aqueduct are around 2,000 years old.
Uzes is less than an hour's drive from Boissieres. Try if you can to visit on a Saturday, the streets become a magical market with a truly French atmosphere. Why not buy a delicious spit-roast chicken, or a paella from one of the street sellers and have a lovely lunch in the sunshine!
Only an hour's drive away and you can find yourself in the beautiful region of Provence, famous for its beautiful countryside and endless Lavender fields and spectacular Poppies.

There is a small supermarket and several restaurants, cafes and other shops in nearby Calvisson (5km) and a larger supermarket 'Intermarche' in Caveirac (10km) in the direction of Nimes. Excellent Sunday market in Calvisson 5 kms.
For those who like the countryside there are many pathways to explore the surrounding "garrigue" and dont forget to visit the beautiful castle 'le Feodal' in Boissieres.
