Pezenas holiday accommodation with private pool
This beautiful town and country property is superbly located being only a few minute's walk to the historic town centre of Pezenas and at the same time being right on the edge of the countryside. South facing and overlooking a vineyard to the front and a stream to the rear, over which there are many lovely walks leading through the open countryside.
Great access to public transport if you prefer not to hire a car.
Upon entering the property you step into a pleasant spacious reception area a door off to the left leading to the large utility room which houses the washing machine and ironing facilities.
A wood-paneled winding stairway leads up the comfortable lounge area with three settees, a coffee table, and large screen TV with English channels. It has tall windows overlooking the vineyard and has original stone walls and exposed timbers, making the room a delight to relax in during the day or at night. You will also have the use of an Alexa, for all your music needs!
The lounge opens into the large dining area with twin patio doors opening onto the sun-drenched terrace. The dining area hosts an extendable wooden dining table capable of seating up to 8 people, an antique desk, chair, and chesterfield settee with views out towards the pool.
The well-equipped kitchen is open plan to the dining area, both of which are extremely light and airy. The kitchen has all that you would expect to conjure up and serve a delightful meal. There is a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, blenders, a large fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
Patio doors leads from the dining area to the sun terrace which contains a swimming pool and is surrounded by an array of potted plants and sunbeds/chairs to stretch out and relax.

Feature sweeping staircase off the lounge, that leads up to a light hallway which has doors off to 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - The large master bedroom with King size bed, views over the vineyard, has its own shower and washbasin.

Pezenas is a charming market town with a beautiful medieval and Renaissance centre with narrow winding streets, and many galleries and working craft shops like glass blowers and jewellers. Several good restaurants within 5 minutes' walk from the house. Colourful market on Saturday mornings.

During July and August the shops in Pezenas are open until midnight on Wednesday and Friday nights and on Friday evenings the Estivale takes place in the main street - where there is street food, music and local vigneronnes offering wine tastings - you buy half a dozen tickets and exchange them for whichever glass of wine you would like to try and you get to keep the glass!
