Sytlish 4 bedroom Holiday Villa in the South of France
The building from the outside has a modern look and inside the villa reflects contemporary themes, all of which combine to give you all that you need for a South of France holiday.
Ground Floor
From the front door and entrance way an Art Deco style half glass pannelled door, with pretty coloured panes, leads into the spacious living room.
The 60m2 living space is light and airy with high ceilings - the furnishings are very Bauhaus - a leather 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs in an antique tan colour which set against the white walls bring a splash of warmth. One wall has library shelves stacked with books and also houses the TV, CD and DVD. A low occasional table, oriental rug and attractive lighting complete the picutre.
At the other end of this room is an Art Deco style dining table with 12 chairs and a pretty chandelier above.
From the living room the stone staircase (20 steps) rises to the first floor and has a graceful curlicue wrought iron bannister.
French doors lead from the living space to the fabulous 30m2 orangery style covered verandah overlooking the pool, made more glamorous with classic Art Deco geometric patterned window detail, which are themed throughout the house.
To one side of the charming orangery is a tasteful wrought iron "salon set" - a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs with cushions, a drinks table and plants, perfect for that evening apero.
The other side has a wrought iron mosaic topped dining table with 8 chairs for a more formal dinner in the shade if required. From here you can access the garden via a balcony with pretty stone balustrading and down 4 steps.
Off the living area is the small well equipped kitchen with electric oven, a 3 ring induction hob and a dining table for 4. At the back of the kitchen is a pantry with a double sink, 2 washing machines, microwave and small fridge.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows:
On the Ground Floor there is one bedroom and one bathroom:
Bedroom 1 - double bed (140cm)
Off the living room is a bathroom with bath and Italian shower, two wash hand basins and wc
First Floor
At the top of the stairs the hallway leads to 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 - twin room (2 x 90cm) - air conditioned and doors to the terrace with sea views

Sete rises up from the sea resembling an 'island' which it once was - it used to be a small fishing village on the island of Mont Saint Clair, but became the definitive Languedoc fishing port for France on the Mediterranean.
This picturesque town is known as the Venice of Languedoc because it has the canal running through it and lots of bridges crossing it. The local sporting traditions such as water jousting in August attract Languedociens and tourists alike. Sete's charm, apart from the canals, boats, beaches etc lie in a big selection of restaurants offering the catch of the day.
In fact, the town and Regional authorities have spent a vast fortune on improving the coastal roads and beaches which now join the town. The house is so well-positioned because it lies literally within 10 or 15 minutes walk from a number of attractions.
A few minutes walk via a small local road brings one down to the sea-side 'promenade' La Corniche, with a cycle path, leading to the beaches and a number of excellent beach restaurants.
Apprx 10 minute's walk from the house is the Theatre de la Mer which is a fabulous open air venue overlooking the Mediterranean. The Jazz Festival in July is a great event plus there are other music and drama programmes in the Summer.
A number of small local shops and supermarkets are also within walking distance. One can get by without a car, relying on a good train service to Montpellier, Agde, Beziers, and Narbonne.
There are a couple of town beaches close by, plus the vast stretch of apprx 12km of uninterrupted sandy beach stretches from Sete to Cap d' Agde.
From Sete one can take sailing trips, glass bottom boat excursions do water sports, micro-light flights, tennis, golf, horse riding.
There are a few museums (Contemporary Regional Art Centre and Musee Paul Valery) and a Casino for gaming enthusiasts.
