Villa Fleuries is air-conditioned, has its own private garden and terrace with a BBQ. 

A shared gated pool offers peace of mind for families with young children.  

The village of Lezignan-la-Cebe is just a short walk away (500 mts) where there is a restaurant, bar, mini-supermarket and a boulangerie.

Pezenas, a lovely Renaissance town, offers numerous restaurants, artisan shops, Friday night Estivales and a large Saturday market, is just a 5 minute drive away.

The holiday villa is set over 2 levels and is unique in that the living area is on the 1st floor, this connects directly to the terrace and garden. The whole property has wonderful tiled floors and artisan metal work.

First Floor

Open plan living area, very light and airy. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV. Fabulous windows that slide back into the wall, bringing the private terrace and garden into part of the villa - indoor/outdoor living at its best.

South of France Holiday Villa set in a gated Domaine

The holiday villa has its own private garden and terrace, with plenty of space to relax in the South of France sunshine. A charcoal BBQ is at your disposal.

A dining table to seat 8 along with other lounge style furniture can be found on the terrace and within the garden.

The shared pool is at the entrance to the domaine, measuring 14m x 7m, it is plently big enough for the serious swimmers! There are a few chairs by the pool, however we recommend that you take the ones provided at the villa with you.

The Domaine is secure and entered via a secure gate, which leads on to the parking.The Domaine is a car free zone (although drop off can be arranged).

Family holiday villa in the South of France with air-conditioning.

This family holiday home is situated within a traditional wine-producing village ideal for exploring the South of France. The village is famous for locally grown "onions doux" - sweet onions and you can buy them direct from the stall holders on the village road side in season. The property is within a few minutes' walk of the local village amenities.

Pezenas approx 4km. (There is a bus service from the village into Pezenas) Attractive medieval town, with a fantastic Saturday market, plenty of restaurants and bars. In the old town there are lots of independent shops selling hand crafted goods. 

During the Summer the shops in Pezenas are open until midnight on Wednesday and Friday nights and on Friday evenings the Estivales takes place in the main street - There is tapas, music and local vignerons offering wine tastings - you buy half a dozen tickets and exchange them for whichever glass of wine you fancy trying and you get to keep the glass as a souvenir (so when you have a glass of wine you will remember your holiday in the South of France!)

Golf approx 20km - Beziers Saint Thomas - 6130m par 72. Practice area with 16 driving tees. Green fee reductions available. The golf clubhouse and a very good restaurant are just two minutes walk away. The golf course was laid out in 1992.

Lac du Salagou approx 30km

Beziers approx 30km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively 'Feria' in August lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.

Cap d'Agde - a large resort with many restaurants and bars. La Tamarissiere, Grau d'Agde, Vias and Marseillan Plage are all also within reach approx 30-40km.

Narbonne approx 58km. Once the capital of Roman Gaul. Famous cathedral

Montpellier approx 50km. Large university city and capital of the Languedoc region
