Enjoy the real South of France in style at this stunning chic and spacious villa in Languedoc overlooking the beach very close to the lively town of Sete.
The property has four huge modern bedrooms with beautiful soft furnishings and ensuite bathrooms, a fabulous glass breakfast room and wonderful outside dining and lounge areas for relaxing. There is air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, plasma televisions, sound systems throughout the property and many huge windows to enjoy the stunning garden views and sea beyond.
A champagne reception awaits you, with fresh bread and pastries being delivered on a daily basis (6 days).
**The villa manager is on hand to assist with local information.
Staff accommodation is available downstairs should you require it.
Luxury South of France Holiday Villa has a Wow interior!
The grand entrance of this wonderful property is flooded with natural light and provides a taste of what is to come throughout the rest of the villa with it's stunning globe lighting, modern art and super-spacious feel.
On this floor you will find the open plan living areas, fully equipped kitchen, stunning breakfast/dining area seating ten with amazing views out onto the landscaped gardens and ocean beyond and the contemporary luxury lounge area, with large plasma TV, DVD library and state of the art sound system.
Relax in the sauna, watch your favourite movie in the cinema room or work out in the gym, which are all situated in the basement.
This level comprises 4 beautiful and spacious bedrooms, (one with balcony terrace overlooking the sea) all of which are available as twins or lock together as kingsize (180cm x 180cm). All have plasma TV's, DVD players, iPod docking stations and have their own bathrooms and wcs, stocked with gorgeous l'Occitane products. Three of the bathrooms have a shower, sink and wc and one has a bath with shower over, plus a shower, sink and wc.
Staff accommodation with double bed and en suite bathroom in the basement is available for your Nanny/Chef if required.
The house is 390 m2 (minus garage) and the exterior space is 580m2 which includes the parking space at the front of the property and the pool and gardens at the back.

South France Villa close to the Mediterranean
Amazing deck outside the dining area has two sofas for relaxing, and a gorgeous contemporary dining table with chairs to seat ten for al fresco meals. This leads down on to more decking with 4 beautiful loungers and in to a perfectly landscaped fenced garden overlooking the sea.
The white heated infinity pool is 8m x 4m and amazingly looks like it drops into the ocean.
There is a state of the art portable BBQ to enjoy perfect summer evenings.

**Kayaking Trip – from a river 45 minutes away from the villa, with equipment and picnic hamper can be organised as an 'extra', however, this is not included in the price.
Bustling Sete, just 5 minutes drive from the villa, is full of Italian style pastel coloured buildings and is known as the 'Venice of Languedoc', however, it retains it's roots with a traditional working fishing fleet.
To take full advantage of this beautiful area why not hire a car.
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the 'Canal du Midi' runs through the town, along with many other waterways and canals. Particularly fascinating and fun is the boat jousting that dates back to 1666, which can be seen in all its flamboyance on August 25 (St Louis's Day). It is also the birthplace of famous French musician George Brassens poet Paul Valery - both of whom have museums dedicated to them.
Opera-Comedie in Sete has numerous theatre performances, operas and concerts through the year and Le Theatre de la Mer (small stone amphitheatre) overlooking the sea has a summer schedule of live musical events.
Mont St-Clair in Sete has fantastic views ranging from the Pyrenees to the Alps on a clear day. Balaruc-les-bains, is a thermal spa town with sea-water therapies nearby (9km/15 minutes)
The Etang du Thau is just behind Sete and is home to the region's oyster beds and many small towns such as Bouzigues (17km/20 minutes) where you will find lots of seafood restaurants overlooking the water and Meze (20km/25 minutes).
Marseillan - miles of family friendly sandy beaches and a charming fishing port with lots of seafood restaurants and 'Le Port' owned by the famous Pourcel Chefs. Also home to the French aperitif Noilly Prat with interesting guided tours and tastings (22km/30 minutes).
Pezenas is a town full of stunning architecture and ironwork, and small boutiques in its cobbled streets house many local artisans during the summer months. Birthplace of Moliere (40km/40 minutes).
Montpellier is a lively university town with a wonderful mix of old and new architecture and great shopping and alfresco centre with a terrific atmosphere (35km/30 minutes).
Cap d'Agde is a magnet for sunlovers - particularly naturists - creating one of the largest naturist resorts in the world. The Cap also boasts 8 marinas, as well as a museum for underwater archaeology - and a water fun world called Aqualand catering for the young at heart (25km/30 minutes).
St-Guilhem-le-Desert has a huge and superb 11th-12th century Roman church and is one of the prettiest villages in France (60km/1 hour).
The 'Grotte des Desmoiselles' is one of the most magnificent caves in the area (75km/1hour 15 minutes).
