Booking Conditions [AM015A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays (if the house is rented by the month this can be flexible). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€5000 Euro per week of stay - cheque on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages 10 days after departure.

Telephone

Telephone - on request. ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

No electricity included - a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure and charged accordingly at the end of your stay. The pool can be heated the electricity used will be charged via the meter reading. The water temperature is dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Gas / Oil

Winter heating and air-conditioning electricity consumption charged as used via the meter reading.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and Towels are included. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. Linen and towels can be changed on request at an additional charge.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €500 cash, payable on arrival. Extra Maid Service may be available during your stay plesae ask for details and hourly rate (payable locally). End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 13.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
