Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 9am. Please call the Keyholder when you are at the airport or are 1.5 hours from the village to liaise on exact arrival time. Arrival after 6pm on the Saturday check in day, guests will be charged 65 Euros which must be paid in cash to the House Manager. Please have this cash available so the House Manager does not have to ask for it.
€800 in cash on arrival*. This amount covers any eventual damages, breakages, additional cleaning, etc. If there is no damage, the guarantee will be returned to you after deduction of the Tourist Tax charges on the morning of departure. There is an obligatory Tourist Tax of approximately 0,80 centimes per person, per day. *Accepted methods of payment for the Breakages Deposit are cheques (in euros, US Dollars or GBP), cash in the same currencies or bank transfer to the Owners Bank Account prior to arrival. The breakage deposit – cheque/cash or transfer will be refunded on departure.
No telephone. Internet Access - Wi-Fi. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple-Netflix TV etc., when applicable to the property.
Gas, electricity and water included in the price. Pool heating included in the price. The pool heating is a heat exchanger system - the heat exchange heater is weather dependent and if the weather is cold the pool will be about 4 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature.

Bed Linen & Towels
Bed Linen and Bath Towels, together with pool towels are included in the rental.
End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. For rentals of two weeks or more, cleaning is done once weekly with linen change and house clean (3 hours). Extra Maid service during your stay may be possible please ask for details. This will need to be arranged on booking the villa due to time constraints of the housekeepers. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.
Pets - on consultation with the Owner.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given as to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
