Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€5000 to be transferred to the Owners Bank account 10 days prior to arrival, the Owner will return the sum 10 days after departure, less any agreed deductions. This amount may vary if you are booking a party or festival week. Please remember to give the Owner your Bank details for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi throughout is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

For water and electricity if usage is more than Euro 200 per week further consumption will be charged at: Meter 1 Euro 0.130 cts per Kwh and Meter 2 Euro 0.190 cts per Kwh, Water at Euro 3.95 per m3. If pool heating is requested the cost will be calculated on extra electricity used (as above). This money will be retained from the security deposit. Pool heating is not available in March, April, May or October. Both jacuzzis are heated to apprx 38C. Cleaning of the pool and 2 jacuzzis will be done once per week included.

Gas / Oil

2 gas fireplaces (main house kitchen and pool house).

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath towels are included. All beds are made prior to arrival. Linen and towels changed after 1 week’s stay (supplementary cost of Euro 600). Pool towels and towels for the sauna are also included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is Euro 900 cash payable on arrival. 4 hours of cleaning per week is included. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay at an additional charge 25€ per hour. 4 hours gardening is also included and extra can be organised at 20€ per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. Bins should be empties and recycling put in the relevant places as instructed. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Small dogs at the discretion of the Owner. Charged at Euro 8 per day, per dog (maximum 2).

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12. The rent is for up to 12 People. The Owner may agree to 14 guests on request. Clients must 21 years of age.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
