Booking Conditions [CR007A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Sundays. Arrival after 5pm. Depart at 11am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€4000 taken by Credit Card via South France Villas refunded by the same method less deductions for any agreed breakages. The daily local Tourist Tax - Taxe de Sejour - is payable in cash on arrival for guests over 12 years of age.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV - Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Air conditioning and heating included in the rental.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental. Towels for the pool are also included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included, plus 4 hours of cleaning per day from Monday to Saturday. Cleaning is possible on a Sunday at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14. The rent is for up to 14 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
