Booking Conditions [GR009A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1500 or equivalent deposit by cheque refundable uncashed pending no breakages, returned on the morning of departure.

Telephone

No telephone available - but there is internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Oil Fired Central Heating - there may be an extra charge for use of this facility during Winter Lets.

Gas / Oil

Included.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen and towels are not included, price to hire to be confirmed. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Additional sets of linen are available during your stay at €10 per double bed, €8 per single bed. Towels are available at €5 per pair (one large, one small).

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rent. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies (120 Euros) may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets allowed - by prior arrangement.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10 + 3 children. The rent is for up to 10 + 3 children people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
