Booking Conditions [GR012B]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Friday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement - keys will be left in the Key Safe Boxes and the Keyholder will meet you the following morning. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€300 or £300 payable via Paypal - the Keyholder will forward you a Paypal invoice 7-10 days prior to your arrival - returned less deductions for any breakages by the same method.

Telephone

Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included for weekly rentals. For medium and long term rentals there may be a cost for use of the central heating - please ask for details.

Gas / Oil

No extra charge for weekly rentals. Wood for the fire place in River End Gite is not included - guests are very welcome to forage for themselves along the river and on the land for free wood.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels are included in the rental for the number of people staying at the property. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Should you require a mid stay linen change and clean the additional cost is €100 payable locally.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge included in the rental. Maid service during your stay available please ask for hourly rates. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 9. The rent is for up to 9 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. The pool is open May to October and heated mid-May to mid-September (depending on the weather). It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Please note this property has a Septic tank on site - please familiarise yourself with Owner's instructions for correct use.
