Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. It may be possible for a luggage drop from 2pm.

Breakages

€2000 euro either by cheque on arrival, returned on morning of departure, or by bank transfer direct to the owner, returned by the same method within 10 days of departure. Any breakages to be discussed and agreed with the Owner and settled accordingly prior to departure. If you need to leave before the normal check out time of 10 am please liaise direct with the Owner and arrange to meet on the day prior.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

The Owners provide bed linen and pillow cases in the rental. Bath towels are not normally provided, however, for guests arriving by aeroplane Owners may consider providing them. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €250 cash, payable on arrival.Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. The tenant is responsible for not disturbing the neighborhood, and there is to be no noise after 23.00 as it is a calm environment.
