Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 2pm. Depart at 11am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

700 Euro either by cheque or Bank Transfer. Funds by bank transfer should be with the Owner 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date. It will be returned, less any agreed breakages, 10 days after departure. Please liaise with the Owner on his Bank Details and do not forget to give him yours for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included.

Gas / Oil

If you would like to use the fireplace some logs are provided, should more be needed please purchase them yourself.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels, together with pool towels are provided and included. Change of linen is available on request at an extra cost please ask for prices.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €100 euro. Extra cleaning may be possible during your stay with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

May accept pets on prior request.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8 + 2 children. The rent is for up to 8 + 2 children.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
