Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

Euro 500 to be transferred to the Owners Bank Account 10 days prior to arrival returned less deductions for any breakages to your Bank Account within 15 days of departure. Please contact the Owner for Bank Details.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Extra charges may be applicable for winter rentals. The pool heating is included and is operational from May to October and will be pre-set at 27C.

Gas / Oil

If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at an additional cost.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental. Mid stay linen change is included (may not be available for winter rentals). Pool towels are also included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included (a charge may be applicable for winter rentals). Extra Maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed on prior request. The owner respectfully asks they are not allowed on the beds/furniture and any mess is cleared away. Fencing around the property is uneven in places so not totally secure for pets.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
