Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Flexible. 7 nights minimum in July and August. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

500 Euro to be paid to owner or South France Villas before arrival, Taxe de sejour payable with the balance.

Telephone

Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available. Pool heating included for April, May, June, September and October. It is not needed in July and August.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen, bath towels and pool towels included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €100 cash, payable on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Small dogs may be allowed on request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 7. .

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times.It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given as to the status of the pool on any particular day.
