Booking Conditions [HS002A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Sunday. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. This property has the following cancellation policy: More than 56 days before departure:75% refunded 56 - 29 days before departure: 50% refunded 28 - 0 days before departure: 0% refunded ****Clients shall be responsible for all/any losses incurred as a result of cancelling flights and transfers.

Breakages

The Breakages Deposit required is £1,000. The Owner will contact you prior to your arrival to request your Credit Card details - no monies will be taken unless deductions for Breakages are necessary. Please ensure you take the same Credit Card with you that you have given the Owner details of for the Breakages Deposit as the Keyholder will ask to see it for verification.

Telephone

No telephone available. Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and bath towels and towels for the pool are included. A mid-week change of linen and towels is included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. For winter bookings a daily clean is included. Additional maid service is available on request during your stay, but may be chargeable. End-of-stay cleaning is to cover normal cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Plunge pool and Hot Tub Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the plunge pool or Hot Tub. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool/hot tub on any particular day. For Winter bookings, a catered breakfast, afternoon tea, 6 evening dinners, driver service and return airport transfer to Geneva are included.
