Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Sunday arrival/departure can be accommodated but by prior arrangement and plenty of notice. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. Transfers arranged if wanted.

Breakages

10% of the Total Rental Value to be transferred into the Owners GB £Sterling Bank Account no later than 4 weeks before arrival date returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. The Owner has the right to refuse access to the property if these funds are not received in advance. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in cash to pay on arrival for any extras you have requested.

Telephone

Mobile reception good. Internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, please close windows when air-conditioning is on. Pool heating included April to October. Pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen, towels and bathrobes are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra Maid service during your stay available please contact us for details or liaise direct with the Keyholders on arrival.

Pets

Pets are allowed - by prior arrangement.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12. The rent is for up to 12 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
