Booking Conditions [VR011A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays (flexible arrival day may be possible). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am, however the cleaner will arrive between 7.30 and 8am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

Regarding the Breakages Deposit it is an obligation of the Rental Contract that 14 days prior to your arrival date the amount of GB£1000 must be transferred to the Owners' Bank Account below. Please mark this transaction with your Booking Reference and ensure you email the Owner to advise this has been done and give him your Bank Account details in order that the return transfer, less any agreed breakages, can be effected in the same way within 10-14 days after your departure. Telephone

Wi-Fi is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental, and is changed weekly. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rental price. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden or tennis court. Please ensure that you reinstate all furniture and appliances into the same positions as you found them at the start of your stay. Please declare any breakages to the cleaner or owner prior to departure.If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra maid service can be arranged please ask for details.

Pets

allowed at the discretion of the Owner.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 16. The rent is for 16 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool and jacuzzi are subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
