Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4.30pm. Depart at 9am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€600 cash to be transferred into the Owner's Bank Account 10 days prior to arrival, to be returned, less any deductions for breakages, 10 days after departure.

Telephone

Telephone is not available. Broadband Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

One set of bedsheets and towels is included in the rent. Please bring your own towels for the pool. Linen can be changed on request every 3 days at no extra cost.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included along with a light clean every 3 days if requested in advance. Maid service during your stay available at €14 euros per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are allowed at a supplementary charge of 30 euro

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. Pool is in operation from 1 May to 15 October. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Transfer service possible from Marseilles if organised in advance
