Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival is between 16.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs. Possibility with advance notice of later arrival. For late arrival between 18.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs there is a fee of 30€ and 50€ after 20.00 hrs. Departure at 10.00 hrs.

Breakages

Euro 1500 to be transferred direct to the Owner 2 weeks prior to arrival by Bank to Bank transfer, returned less deductions for any breakages within 2 weeks of departure by the same method. Please ensure you give the Owner your Bank details.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels (1 large, 1 small) and pool towels are included in the rental. For 2 week stays there is a mid stay change of linen and towels included in the rental. Extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee - €50 euro per bedroom in 2023.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rental. Extra maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice, approx 35€ per hour (minimum 3 hours). End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets maybe accepted upon request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8 - 6 adults + 2 children under 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Children must be surveyed at all times.
