Fabulous house … spacious , well equipped and spotlessly clean & fresh. The house was as described in the photos and was bigger than we expected. Beds and furniture were super comfy. The outside area was brilliant … comfortable pool loungers , ample umbrellas for shade and large dining table . Beautiful outside seating area with comfy cushions, was very relaxing . The pool area was excellent … there was always an option for sun or shade throughout the day. This is a fabulous property set in a rural area with very close access to all amenities and road networks . We had a great time discovering an area we were unfamiliar with … lots to see and do. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! We had the most amazing time enjoying the spectacular pool, playing petanque, feeding the chickens, trampolining and savoring delicious local produce. We had the privilege of wonderful chef Alain for two nights and the food was fabulous. We were truly spoilt and stuffed!!!
Many special memories will be taken away from here including one of the babies stabilizing his walking, children learning to swim (the pool has a shallow ledge perfect for this) and three generations spending time together under the Provence sun.
We have just had the most fantastic week at the Villa and are so sad to leave. The children lived in the pool from sunrise to sunset, we had lunch and dinner on the terrace and wish we had another week.
There are many little towns to explore nearby and Grasse has lots of shops, restaurants and cafes and is only a 5 minute drive away.
A stay that couldn't be better. A great house, very well and tastefully decorated. Likewise, the garden with a great pool. The amenities were excellent. A host who has obviously been a guest themselves and therefore knows what is important, helpful, pleasant and practical. Starting with simple things like dishwasher tablets, spices, washing powder, baking paper, etc. to great loungers, towels, furniture, books. You can really feel how welcome you are. The host is extremely generous. Pleasantly different. The care was also perfect. Any questions that came up were clarified almost immediately. 5 stars is not enough. We hope that the host always has guests who appreciate this.
The location was perfect. It was really easy to walk to the station for trains to Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc. We also walked to Cagnes-sur-Mer. The house is quiet and very well equipped. We used the pool every day.
Fabulous villa with exceptional space and facilities. We stayed for a week as a family of 6 adults. There was loads of space indoors and out and everything was of the highest standard. The pool was the perfect temperature and we used the games room daily. We didn’t want for anything and would love to return!
8 adults used villa for 2 weeks. Villa was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a wonderful visit to cote d’Azur . Villa is 10 min walk from train station that enables day drips up and down the coast. Monte Carlo, Cannes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, eze, St Paul de Vance, Antibes, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Menton are all “must see” and easily accessible. Ubers are easy too if train doesn’t take your fancy. Pool at Villa has nice jacuzzi feature and like the Villa, is spotlessly clean. Used the Bbq several times which also was excellent. Air conditioning in Villa is highly effective (thank goodness!).Host is very welcoming and always available for any questions etc. Absolutely recommend for families looking for a great week in a luxury villa.

As a family we had the most amazing time staying at Villa Cassandra (june/July 2025) along with our two pampered well behaved cockapoo! The villa was spacious with lots of areas for relaxing in the sun. Traditionally furnished to a high standard. The infinity pool was wonderful with private surroundings and a lovely sea view.
Excellent location for exploring the surrounding area...walking distance to the village, beach, local shops and restaurants and train station...we took day trips to Cannes, Nice and Monaco using the train and took a boat trip leaving from la napoule port to St Tropez..
The villa is located at the top of a relatively steep hill, which allows for the most breathtaking views but when walking in the heat can be hard work and requires a level of physical fitness!!
The communication with the owners was excellent and Esther (house keeper) lived locally and was most helpful....all in all I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly return in the future.

Superb location with great views over the sea, Pool was brilliant and just what we wanted. Generally, the villa was more than adequate although a little dated in parts. There were a few issues with the bathroom and fridge door but they were quickly sorted out. (Update-The owner has replaced the fridge) The walk into town was easy going but a bit of a struggle getting back up the hill! We used Uber a fair amount .We really enjoyed our stay as did our friends and family.
We are back home in Guernsey and already missing Genies. I just wanted to say your home is beautiful and was beyond our expectations. We settled in really well and felt very much at home. The house is beautifully designed and decorated with so much space, we particularly loved having the choice of three outside spaces to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The village is lovely and has a very warm and welcoming feel about it, we visited the bar a number of times and the family who run it were very friendly. The food was as you said, pretty good too. We also frequented Rana the pizza take-out, again delicious! The bakery did not disappoint either. I don't know how but we just ran out of time to visit the local vineyards but did walk up the gorge as you suggested, we were so pleased we did as it was so lovely. Also visited Beziers several times and really enjoyed the wine tasting event on Thursday evenings with all the music, lights and fountains! I could go on...
Anyway, I just wanted to say we have had a really fabulous holiday and very much hope to visit again. All the best and thanks again.

The villa is perched perfectly above the port, offering panoramic views of the sparkling Côte d’Azur. Waking up each morning to that view — with the boats gently swaying in the harbor and the sun rising over the Mediterranean — was pure magic. Every evening felt like a postcard, with golden sunsets that lit up the coastline.
Inside, the villa was just as impressive. Spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, it easily accommodated our group without ever feeling crowded. Each room had its own charm, and the common areas — especially the living room and outdoor terrace — were ideal for gathering, relaxing, and sharing meals.
The outdoor space was a highlight: a gorgeous pool with sea views, plenty of loungers, and a shaded dining area where we spent countless hours enjoying long lunches, local rosé, and great company. Christophe the chef was outstanding, I would thoroughly recommend him. We had dietary requirements and nothing was a problem, he catered for 2 gluten free and a vegan and made the food amazing He is worth every bit of money! I would get him again in a heartbeat.

We were won over by the comfort and location of this spacious villa, just a 2-minute walk from the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas. In a quiet, green setting not overlooked, the view is magnificent and what a joy to contemplate the landscape while relaxing in the infinity pool... when the children are willing to share it with their parents! Very well equipped and maintained, the house stays cool despite the summer temperatures. We were won over by the large terrace (adjoining the spacious living room) allowing us all to meet up (4 adults and 7 children) at mealtimes and enjoy the exceptional view. The proximity of the picturesque village of Bormes and its weekly market of local products makes it a pleasant destination for an end-of-day stroll.
The house is a lovely country home, we had a great time, no complaints. We had everything we needed there. And the property manager was great, super helpful, and very responsive when we needed him.
