The property was wonderful for our family vacation of 11 adults. The house is very well layed out and provides plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and with the barbecue in the garden allows to cook your own meals. The garden is beautifully designed and offers many different spots to relax. The fireplace is a great place for evening chats. the owner is a pleasure to work with and made check in and check out very easy. Plenty to explore in the area with short trips. We enjoyed our stay very much and will choose this property again if we can make another trip. May 2023
A dream stay in this haven of peace...isolated from the world yet in the middle of the village, we found it difficult to leave the house to go and visit the beautiful Minervois. For 8 people it was very comfortable in the 100m2 living room, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the top-notch summer kitchen and the sun shelters in the courtyard. The most friendly welcome from the owners with a good bottle of Pouzols wine. Lots of very wise advice on where to visit. This address is at the top of comfort and charm and although the photos are beautiful, the reality is even more convincing. Only one desire to return there as soon as possible and even in periods out of season because the region is also very beautiful in September during the harvest period.

Perfect accommodation for our villa holiday in the South of France. This was a truly magical place from breakfast on the terrace, with outstanding views over the hills and Mediterranean Sea, to cocktails by the infinity pool. Villa Cassandra delivered on every level. We loved our stay at villa Violette, beautifully furnished with great outdoor and indoor kitchen. All of the outdoor spaces were beautiful, and it was hard to decide where to hangout. During the day we would sightsee and then enjoy the house in the evenings. We used a cooking service to come in and cook called Dineindulge, I would recommend hiring a car as taxi’s are expensive, 5 star rating in my book. Family S Autumn 2023

We spent 2 ideal weeks of vacation at La Capion. Everything was GREAT! We had a lovely time at Villa La Napoule, the house is so spacious. We easily had plenty of room for a large party and we loved the charm and ambience of the old lady alongside modern conveniences. It is such a great base to explore such wonderful places like Mougins, Cannes etc. Thank you for all the restaurant recommendations too. We enjoyed some delicious food and Nadia so kindly cooked twice for us during our stay. She is brilliant. Thank you as well for the wine you left for us. This has been the most relaxing and quality vacation I have experienced until now. This villa I would like to call it my home. It has it all... fitness gear, cinema-room for up to 12 people with comfortable lounge seats, sauna, year through heated pool, incredible sundeck with loungers, lots of space (up to 450m2 the owner told me), comfortable and large bedrooms with king size beds, and even a waterbed in the master, all with their ensuite bathrooms and individual toilets, private garden no Neighbour views... This is an absolute winner!! The villa has also been rewarded and participated several times on French television as being "unique". The sandy beach is 2 steps away from the villa. I can understand why the owner and his family only rents 4 months a year and occupy 8 months themselves.. Also, we found the villa clients and his owner had a very respectful reputation with the local restaurants. This might be one of the, if not the only, true gem of Sète. My family will profit for sure again next year.

This fabulous Villa is in a magnificent location. Firstly the Villa itself exceeded our expectations and lived up to the description on the website. It was home from home for us and had every luxury we required including space, privacy, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable living areas, the swimming pool, outdoor verandas and fabulous cinema room. We enjoyed using the bicycles and taking daily walks along the beach. The city is accessible by bike and has a lovely market and coffee shops. We had one query about the WiFi and the owner was very attentive and on hand immediately to sort it out. Overall five star experience thanks for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again next year.

What can I say to do this property justice? Everything is just perfect. The privacy of the pool area, which is bathed in sun all day. After a day out we relaxed around the pool in the sun until 8pm. The outdoor kitchen was amazing for barbecuing on the terrace. The bedrooms are so grand, and the mattresses, pillows and bedding are top quality. I loved the rain shower in the bathroom.

A true chateau, so elegant and romantic. Every room is so beautifully decorated and the added touch of genuine antiques and works of art is amazing. Being real foodies, we took the owners’ advice and booked the local caterer in the village for an evening meal in the grand dining room. It was very special, made even more special with the local wines he recommended. On other nights we walked to the village square and enjoyed the ‘plat du jour’ at the village restaurant/bar. The owner speaks fluent English and the locals were very friendly. I loved every minute of my stay.

From the moment I walked through the front door into the opulent marble hallway and up the grand staircase to my suite, I felt like I was an actress in a period drama. We were a group of 12 and everyone agreed that we had booked the perfect location. So much to do in the area and so many places to visit. And after a day’s sightseeing, it was sheer bliss to spend time relaxing around the pool. As to the rooms and bathrooms, I can’t even describe how much thought has gone into the details like luxury bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and much more. We loved our days out in Carcassonne, Gruissan and the Safari Park. 2 of the guys in our party booked a day’s fishing on the Aude river with fishing guide and had a great time. Travelling with a group, I was lucky to end up in the Grand Suite on the first floor. After soaking in the bathtub, I loved sitting on the balcony simply listening to the fountain and reading a book in the bathrobe and slippers provided. The air conditioning was a real benefit for sleeping in the enormous bed. I am a keen amateur photographer and I got some great photographs at the nearby Safari Park in Sigean and at the pink salt lakes in Gruissan.
The villa and scenery offer a luxury experience that cannot be captured through pictures. Hollywood in Provence is not descriptive enough!!! I booked for a family gathering (my parent’s birthday) which included kids of all ages - we all had the most wonderful experience. It is also a great place for friends if you’d like to chill in the country side and be surrounded by nature, good food and wine!
I ran 10 km every morning with my brother around the vines and towards the hills breathing in the pure fresh air. It’s the kind of run you do that reminds me of how lucky you are to be alive…... I live in London, so I am not used to having so much nature around it was simply heaven. We cooked in the fabulous outside kitchen and swam in the magnificent pool, finishing with cocktails in the jacuzzi in the evenings. The morning sunrises are sublime and the setting sun sets the sky alight before the stars start to twinkle (helped by the delicious rosé)!!! There are also a lot of family activities available in the villa which makes it easy for everyone to find something to do without having to go anywhere.
The owner was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We booked her private chef Alain who prepared the best birthday meal I have ever tasted and we had a fabulous party with some friends who we invited for the evening. My parents had the best birthday ever of which they will cherish the memory forever. Don’t hesitate to book, trust me, this is a very special place that you will never find anywhere else!
The Villa and Pool house were wonderful - better than we expected. The owners were very accommodating and attentive. They thought of everything possible to make the stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The location was great along with the very large pool. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely book the accommodation again.
