Booking Conditions [HE005A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (until 8pm) possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€300 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. There is an obligatory 'Visitors Tax' (Taxe de Sejour) per person (aged 18 or over), per night to be paid in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 50 kwhrs per week is included in the rent, thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. The Plunge Pool can be heated (with advance notice) at a supplement 50€ per week. Maximum temperature 26C. There is a light weight plastic cover to keep overnight heat in and a hard cover can be lifted into place (2 people) for security.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for the beach. A change of clean sheets and towels during 2 week stays is included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €100 cash, payable on arrival. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Maid service may be available during your stay with advance notice please ask for details.

Pets

are allowed on request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
