Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Friday or Saturday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Telephone

No telephone. Wi-Fi Internet Access available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included during June, July, August and September. Outside this period up to 70 kw per day is included in the rent and thereafter chargeable at €0.20/kw per day. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure. Pool heating included from April to October. Please do not leave lights on when not needed.

Gas / Oil

From 1 October to end May, if electric central heating is used, it will be charged at the rate detailed in the Electricity section.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen and towels are included. However, should you require a change of linen during your stay there will be a small charge. Please bring your own towels for the pool/ beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge of €90 euro to be paid in cash on arrival. Extra Maid service during your stay available may be available please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Small dogs may be accepted upon request.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6 adults + 1 baby.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
