Booking Conditions [VR014A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 16.30pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£1000 GB Sterling cash or to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 14 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages within 14 days of departure. Owner's Bank details will be advised upon Receipt of Deposit, please remember to give your Bank Details to the Owner so that the Breakages Deposit can be returned by the same method.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental (Star link Elon Musk internet). Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Air conditioning is also included. Guests are reminded to keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning. The pool heating is included. There is a fee of €150 euro per week to pay for the Hammam.

Gas / Oil

Wood for the wood burning stove - please ask for details.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach. During July/August for two week stays a change of linen is included on the middle Saturday. Outside July/August this is possible at a supplementary charge.

Cleaning

End of stay cleaning. While you are not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave the kitchen and appliances clean (including the oven, fridge, bbq) and to empty the dishwasher and fridges. The owner asks that the bathrooms are clean, bins emptied, and no litter left in the garden. Should you prefer not to do this, £200 GB Sterling can be paid on arrival to cover this end of stay cleaning. If you choose not to pay this and the house is left in an unacceptable state, monies will be retained from the breakages deposit. A mid stay clean and linen change can be arranged for bookings of two weeks or more please ask for cost details.

Pets

Pets are accepted at the Owner's discretion.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12 (10 adults + 2 adolescents or 2 babies). The rent is for up to 12 (10 adults + 2 adolescents or 2 babies).

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
