This self contained charming holiday apartment is the perfect bolt hole for 2. Located in the 17th century "Pigeonnier" tower, within the grounds of the larger sister property AM060A Bastide St Roch - for one couple it is ideal.

The accommodation is on 2 floors.

The door opens into the open plan sitting and kitchen area, the modern kitchen units house all the essentials that you would need, along with a microwave and 2 hotplates.

A steep staircase leads to the mezzanine.

The bedroom has a feature glass floor which can be lit up in the evening (please look at the photo), a king size bed, the en suite shower area is a screened off part of the bedroom.

This funky apartment offers fabulous views and there is reversible air conditioning throughout.

Make the most of your South of France holiday as you have access to everything the grounds of the larger Bastide has to offer:

12000m2 of expansive grounds are fabulous for a stroll amongst the olive terraces, taking in the orchard which has a plethora of different fruit trees and the natural meadows and take in the views.

Or just chill on private terrace in front of the Pigeonnier itself and take in the scenery.

Take a dip in the stunning 15m x 6m heated infinity pool which has steps for easy access and an underwater ledge that you can just sit and read or swish your legs from. There is an an electric cover and an alarm. (Heated from May to end of October)

There are numerous outdoor dining/sitting areas to choose from and the Summer Kitchen by the pool is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, sink and BBQ - lovely for alfresco eating.

Plenty of shady areas if you want respite from the South of France sunshine.

Under the terrace the large games room has huge comfy bean bags, reliable Wi-Fi and an internet TV/gaming zone. The pool table, darts and table tennis remain as the low-tech entertainment alternatives.

Bicycles - 2 mountain bikes and 2 hybrid bikes (and protective helmets) are available for use at your own risk.

The village is approx 30 minutes from the coast - not far to dip your toes in the Mediterranean.

Access to St Paul de Vence, Grasse, Valbonne, Gordon and Mougins is approx 30 minutes' drive.

Larger towns of Aix en Provence, Avignon and St Tropez are perfect spots to make a day of it.

This area is renowned for great wines - do try and don't miss doing a tasting at one of the nearby vineyards.

Top quality Michelin starred Restaurants abound in the area - locally in Montauroux La Fontaine d'Aragon and gourmet dining in the Four Seasons Terre Blanc Restaurant. The famous Moulin de Mougins and La Belle Rive in Juan les Pins - treat yourself!

For culture, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Nice, Cezanne in Aix and Picasso at Antibes fit the bill.

Golf - within an hour of the holiday property there are over 30 courses  - an excellent one at The Four Seasons Terre Blanche resort, 5 minutes across the valley - they also have a Spa!

The Owner has secured discounted prices for golf and the Spa at Terre Blanche and there is the possibility of home massage and beauty treatments.

If you want something more informal there is another Spa at the Domaine de Fayence.
