After having issues within our villa chosen, and booked through South France Villas. The customer service By SFV has been extremely poor. We have been told that this is not there problem , and they will do nothing to assist with issues or resolving. Owner has been very helpful overall trying to resolve a serious Wasp infestation within the grounds. To the point we have spend nearly 3 days within the villa with minimal use of the pool and outdoor area. While trying to get a plan in place in case we have to leave, with regards to compensation towards onward accommodation. We have been told that previous tenants did not complain reference any wasps. And that its not their SFVs Problem. Its the Owners. Owner is trying their best but 3 days into our holiday, 4 Wasp stings, while using the pool and 2 kids who are now to scared to go back in. But not SFVs issue, Id likely avoid this company going forward and advice anyone who likes a level of customer service from the firm you pay for the booking to also avoid. If i find myself having to vacate this villa, without having any form of holiday and paying to stay somewhere else i will be seeking the costs covered back legally. While we appreciate SFV can not stop wasps, the fact there is a clear infestation an nests within the property area. Is expect a lot more sympathy and help to resolve any issue. Not just to be told you brokered the villa, took your commission and thats all. is a complete disregard to your own customers.

Great Company to deal with, great communication and attention to detail. Would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to book a villa holiday. Our second stay at Clermont Pool House and have had a brilliant week. The villa is perfect and the pool amazing. The hosts Alison and Allen are lovely and so very helpful. Lowly villa but a bit let down by poor internet and leaking/blocked sink. Also the linen was of a poor standard and not in keeping with the lovely house. Great location and friendly staff.
