Luxury Family Holiday Villa South of France, near Cannes, sleeps 8
This spacious and luxurious vacation villa on the Cote d'Azur has an elevated position above the coast, not far from the beach at Theoule-sur-Mer and just a short drive from the stylish and famous Cannes.
When you walk into the lounge you are immediately struck by the most fantastic panoramic view overlooking the South of France coastline and out across the bay. The stunning vistas can also be seen from the master bedroom and bedroom two on the floor below. Relaxing on the terrace sipping an aperitif as the South of France sunshine goes down would be a perfect end to the day.
Inside, the holiday property is luxuriously and tastefully furnished with a spacious open plan living and dining room. Throughout the villa there are ornaments, drapes and paintings all of which add to the feeling of luxury.

Splendid South of France Vacation Villa near Cannes to sleep 8
The 250m2 property is set on two levels and boasts splendid views, space along with luxury and comfort. Air conditioning throughout.
Ground floor level
The master bedroom and bedroom 2 are situated on the ground floor beneath the living and dining room and they too have a large terrace overlooking the same fantastic view.
From the main entrance a feature staircase leads on your left to the first floor. To the right a door leads into the laundry room which is very well equipped with two washing machines, two tumble dryers, a larder freezer and a round sink.
Master Bedroom - along the hallway to the right
The room has a large walk-in wardrobe, a king size 4 poster bed, air con and a large flat screen TV. Two sets of doorways lead on to the good sized terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, his and her sinks and a full size bath. From the bath there is a large feature window giving the panoramic views which makes for a bath time with a difference, relaxing and soaking up the view.
A separate wc with wash basin is accessed through a door from the bedroom.
The terrace on this bedroom has feature large wooden seating so you can sit and relax enjoying the fantastic panoramic vista. Along the hallway a door gives privacy to the area towards bedroom 2.
The inner hallway has a desk and chair and opposite is a roomy walk-in wardrobe. From here there is access to a bathroom with full size bath with an overhead shower fitting and a wash basin.
A separate wc is next door.
Bedroom 2 - Guest Master with double bed
A further door down the corridor gives access to bedroom 2 which is a guest master bedroom with a double bed and air con.
Double doors lead from the bedroom into a small alcove living area with a pullout sofa bed, feature sideboard, TV and coffee machine. This room opens on to the terrace shared with the Master bedroom.
A flight of stairs from the main entrance hall leads up to the first floor and the sumptuous and spacious open plan living and dining room, which has air conditioning. The large elaborately patterned dining table seats eight comfortably.
The living area has two large comfortable settees plus additional seating and leads on to a large terrace where you can dine whilst taking in the amazing view and overlook the pool below.
Behind the living area is an additional living/seating area with a large comfortable settee. The working feature fireplace is set between both of the living areas and is viewed from both rooms. In the living areas there is satellite TV, CD player, DVD player and stereo system.
From the additional living area there is a doorway through to an independent wc with marble wash basin and an alcove hanging/storage space.
The kitchen is accessed from the living room and has an open hatch into the living room. It is very well equipped with an island unit, a marble one and a half sink, 4 burner hob, full oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, separate ice making machine, another small fridge and a dishwasher. The window has a view over the rear terrace.
From the top of the staircase outside the kitchen a door leads on to a private rear terrace. An oval mosaic table seats six comfortably near to the built-in BBQ.
Bedroom 3 - twin beds
Accessed from the rear of the lounge via a small corridor leads. The room has twin beds, air con and twin wardrobes. An ensuite shower room fully and tastefully tiled has a walk in shower cubicle, wc and washbasin.
Bedroom 4 - double room with air con and en suite shower room
Bedroom 5 - Poolside
At the poolside there is an additional small building with a bedroom with a two single beds and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. This is a small room which could be used for a member of staff or a visitor. (Please note, this is not available all year round. Please consult us for more details.)
NB: Accommodation note - the Owner would prefer the two smaller rooms (4 and 5) to be used for single occupancy making 8 people in total at the villa.

South of France Indoor/Outdoor living
From the gated entrance the driveway leads up to the property.
The drive is quite steep and there is also a set of steps that wind under the shaded trees up towards the villa and the pool area.
The 800m2 grounds are fenced and beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, shrubs and trees.
The kidney shaped pool is set below the villa, it is 10m x 4m x 0.80-1.9m deep with Roman steps leading into the water and is alarmed.
6 Sunbeds/Deck Chairs are at the poolside.
Built in BBQ on the rear terrace.
The panoramic views from the villa terraces are simply breathtaking. Dining on the terrace overlooking the beautiful bay would be a magical experience.
The holiday property is enclosed with an electric remote controlled gateway.
At the top of the drive there is parking for three cars including garage space.

The villa is located close to Theoule-sur-Mer just off the coast road which runs from Cannes to St Raphael. Pierre Cardin's famous 'Bubble House' is a near neighbour.
Nearest beach Port de la Figueirette (both public and private beaches) apprx 3km.
Marco Polo sandy beach apprx 3 minutes by car, where there is a Restaurant and Bar and you can hire sun loungers.
Driving along the coast to Cannes is apprx 20 minutes drive.
Nice airport apprx 45km
The coast road towards St Raphael is a lovely drive along the 'Calanques de l'Esterel'
Grasse apprx 30km with it's perfume factories where you take take a free tour and buy perfume and soaps
Mougins village apprx 20km, made famous as the home of Picasso until his death in 1973. The village is a pictureque tourist attraction.
St Paul de Vence apprx 40km a castellated village famous for it's artist studios and Renoir the Impressionist painter.
Antibes apprx 30km has the 'Marineland' and 'Aquapark' with slides for children and families. The old town in Antibes is a lovely place to visit with it's charming shops, daily market in the outdoor stone arched market hall and good choice of restaurants.
St Tropez apprx 1 hour drive.

South of France Beaches all along the coast road in both directions - nearest is apprx 2km - Port de la Figuierette (both public and private sections).

Mougins Royal Golf Club apprx 20kms, a very famous golf course.
