Fabulous holiday villa with amazing views over the South of France coastline. The villa is surrounded by countryside and set within large grounds yet only a 5 minute drive from the pretty village of Grasse and less than 30 minutes to the South of France beaches.

The large villa has air-conditioning throughout. The 6 bedrooms are elegantly furnished and there are 4 modern bathrooms.

As the villa is on 4 levels it offers lots of space and areas for a large family or group holiday in the South of France.

The villa is split level on four floors.

The entrance is next to the parking area on the 2nd level.  On this level there are 3 bedrooms.

Pool and terrace level

Fully equipped modern kitchen, which connects to the indoor dining room. Door leads out onto one of the terraces and pool area.

Poolside bedroom 5 - With either twins or double bed, this room is only accessed by the poolside and not via the main house.

Lower level

Bedroom 6 - Double bedroom with doors out to the garden.

Villa Grasse Haute is set within 3 acres of land. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, and typical Mediterranean plants.

The infinity pool can be heated (extra charge) and measures 10m by 6m, so long enough to do some swimming!

A large dining table is on the terrace along with a gas bbq.

Plenty of sunloungers.

The views from the terrace over to the South of France coastline are stunning.

Lots of room for parking, please note that the driveway is very steep, you can park at the top if you have a very low slung car, as this is the last villa on the road.

Grasse - 5 minutes by car, cafes, restaurants, shopping and Grasse's Perfume Houses why not take a free tour and buy perfumes and soaps.

5 mins drive to some of the Cote d'Azur's best golf courses.
5 mins drive to tennis clubs.

Valbonne approx 13km - you will find numerous shops, banks, travel agents, wine merchants, cafes on the square, many restaurants, a British style "pub" open in the evenings, and a wonderful Friday market.

Cannes approx 22km - beach with activities such as Waterskiing, Diving and Sailing.

The picturesque village of Mougins is approximately 16km. It was made famous as the last home of Picasso until his death in 1973.

St Paul de Vence approx 28km drive - is a castellated village, famous for it's artist studios and Renoir the Impressionist painter spent many years painting there.

Antibes approx 31km - Aquapark with water slides - ideal for families. The old town of Antibes is a lovely place to visit with it's charming shops and good choice of restaurants.

Nice approx 37km - Le Vieux Nice and the market, the Promenade des Anglais, a pebbly beach, restaurants, bars and cafes galore!

Monaco approx 54km (1 hour drive).
