A spacious and prestigious newly built Provencal style holiday villa in an enviable countryside setting, with Grimaud Village just a couple of kilometres away and very easy access to Port Grimaud. Perfectly equipped and furnished for a family holiday in the South of France.
The large holiday villa is open plan and connects to the outdoor area via traditional french windows, the wooden shutters give this villa a French authenticity.
The 4 spacious bedrooms have full en-suite facilities and the 3 upstairs have air con. The ground floor bedroom, with its own private terrace can be accessed independently (great for Grandparents!) and is also suitable for wheel chair access as is the whole ground floor of the holiday villa.
With easy access to St Tropez, Ste Maxime and St Raphael (why not take the ferry!) the location is great for exploring all that this part of the South of France has to offer.

Newly built to a high standard, this villa combines the traditional French style of Provence and modern Cote d'Azur influences.
Set over two levels this holiday villa boasts space along with elegance and comfort. It will comfortably sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms, all of which have full en-suite facilities and the 3 upstairs have air con. A large bedroom with King sized bed is located on the ground floor with its own outside terrace.
Inside, the property is very light and tastefully furnished with spacious and open plan living, dining and a large and very well fitted contemporary kitchen.
The main entrance and hallway lead into the enormous (112m2) living and dining areas. As you step into the living and dining room, three large sets of French windows opening onto the terrace, lush lawns and shimmering pool afford a real Wow factor.
The lounge area has comfortable seating with two big settees, a feature working fireplace, large plasma TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
The sizeable open dining area has a dining table that can seat up to 10 people and a large comfy settee.
The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family holiday. There is a full oven with a four burner hob and extractor fan and an additional 2 burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with ice and water dispensers, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. A large island unit has additional storage and gives an informal dining facility with bar stools.
Double doors open onto the large covered terrace with additional outdoor dining and a choice of large gas BBQ or a charcoal kettle style BBQ - an ideal spot in high season giving welcome shade.
The Utility room accessed from the kitchen, has washing machine, tumble dryer and a second American style fridge/freezer. Laundry chute from Bedroom 4.

The holiday villa's garden and pool are so wonderful that you may choose to stay put and not to visit the local sites like Port Grimaud, St Tropez and Cannes!
The grounds are 3,000m2 in size and the lawned gardens are abundant with colourful flowers, palms, pins parasols trees and a mature olive tree. The south facing garden is immaculately maintained.
The large 11m x 5m pool is the highlight of the garden, wide steps offer easy access - a lovely place to enjoy the sunny days and will keep the children entertained for hours. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful paved terrace which flows on to the lawn and has an alarm.
Outside of the kitchen is a large covered terrace with dining facilities, this is a great place to enjoy the shade in the hot summer months. Perfect for a BBQ - an excellent place to end the day, watch the sun set over the South of France and enjoy the balmy summer nights.
There is also a shaded Boules area with adjacent stone benches.
Entrance to the villa is via an electric remote controlled gate and there are lots of parking spaces.
South of France places of interest near this holiday property
Grimaud Village - approx 2km is a beautiful ancient upmarket village with its hilltop position and old ruined castle at the top and there is ample parking. You will find quite a few lovely cafés and boulangeries plus Grocer, Supermarket, Pharmacy.
Port Grimaud - approx 3km - the "Little Venice" of the South of France with restaurants, bars and beaches apprx 2km. From here there is a regular ferry service St Tropez, Ste Maxime and St Raphael - much the easiest, less stressful option in high season!
Gassin - approx 11km - pretty village perched on a hilltop
Ste Maxime - approx 12km - lies at the foot of the 'Massif des Maures' in the bay of the 'Gulf of Saint Tropez'. The town has fine sandy beaches, a marina and pretty cobbled streets where you can find many restaurants, bars and shops selling holiday items and Mediterranean artefacts.
The stunning stretch of coastline between Ste Maxime and St Tropez boasts breath-taking scenery with sea water of azure blue against the backdrop of the craggy Cezannesque pines. From the beach and marina you can see across the bay to St Tropez.
A good selection of beaches in and around Ste Maxime in both directions all along the coast road.
There are excellent hiking trails through the wooded hills and shaded river valleys surrounding the area.
Aqua splash is located at the rear of the town just a short drive away.
The area is home to some of the best vineyards and wines including the renowned Chateau Minuty. A great opportunity for wine tasting at the local vineyard during your holiday.
