Villa Jasmin is a spacious newly built luxury holiday villa situated in an elevated position with commanding views over the valley and set below the ancient village of Chateauneuf de Grasse.

This French holiday rental has recently been tastefully built in Provencal style. Designed by an interior designer throughout with a lovely light spacious and luxurious feel. The living space is open plan, extremely spacious with large sliding doors onto the lawned gardens and pool area. Lovely views across woodland means this side is not overlooked.

This Holiday Villa in the French Riviera is accessed via a country lane, but close to the ancient village of Chateauneuf and in a quiet location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Riviera yet the coast and those famous South of France resorts are just a short drive away. The villa is ideally suited for a large family wanting a spacious and luxurious holiday home.

Within the vicinity of this family holiday villa in the Cote d'Azur stands AM048A Villa Violette a quite separate property with its own private pool. An added benefit is that the two villas can be rented together for families or friends celebrating a special event.

Inside, this holiday villa instantly gives a feeling of space with well appointed accommodation spread over two levels with air-conditioning throughout. This is an ideal property for families travelling together as the four bedrooms are not all located together or on the same level.

Principal Entrance - into a smal hallway

The living accommodation is spread over two levels and is apprx 190m2.

Living/dining space with American style kitchen

This whole area is spacious open and airy with air-conditioning.

Living area:

There are twin sofas, a large wall mounted plasma TV and large sliding doors onto the terrace and lawned gardens and woodland beyond.

Kitchen  

A large kitchen with stylish white units and a breakfast bar with four bar stools, three ring Siemens hob with Gorenje extractor fan above, dishwasher, built-in microwave and a built-in large fridge/freezer, one and a half sinks, toaster and a coffee machine. A window overlooks the pool area. Double sliding doors open on to the side with the covered dining terrace complete with built-in BBQ and pizza oven, rattan furniture with a table and seating for six. Stocked with basic herbs, spices, tea and coffee to get your started.

Separate private TV room - a perfect room to escape and relax in privacy, there is a large settee and a large plasma screen TV.

Independent cloakroom with wc and wash basin.

Down a hallway, door leads you to a Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 2 - king size bed, built-wardrobes, bedroom furniture, chair, a window plus double doors into the grounds. Lovely aspect with views over the pool, gardens and woodland. Air-conditioning.

This room has an en-suite with a large walk-in shower unit, full sized bath, washbasin and wc.

From the main entrance a hallway leads upstairs to the first floor to the other 3 bedrooms:

Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) - king sized bed, wardrobe, furniture and double doors leading onto a private balcony with lounge furniture and railings (ornate railings are being fitted on the low wall on the terrace end of May). Stone steps lead to the lawns and pool. Lovely aspect with views over the pool, gardens and woodland. Air-conditioning.

This room has an en-suite with large walk-in shower unit, washbasin and wc.

Bedroom 3 - king size bed which can be separated into twin beds, wardrobe, furniture and a window with views over the grounds. Air-conditioning.

Bedroom 4 - double bed, wardrobe and two windows with views over the grounds and pool. Air-conditioning.

Family bathroom - shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4 has a large walk-in shower unit, washbasin and wc.

Hairdryer in each bathroom.

The aspect of the villa towards AM048A Villa Violette has been designed so that the rooms can't be overlooked. The windows on that side are smaller i.e. if you look at the dining area you will see the high level window letting light in but maintaining privacy.

Lovely South of France villa with large pool and garden

The grounds of this South of France holiday villa are lawned and beyond the ground slopes down to natural woodland with an abundance of flowers, bushes and many trees including mature olive trees, lavender bushes, rosemary, fruit trees and a vegetable patch.

The villa is set on a hillside below the ancient village, overlooking a large natural woodland area, there is some sloping to the grounds which from the rear aspect are very private and not overlooked - just the ancient village looking down from the hilltop.

The 8m x 4m x 15cm-1.40m deep salt water swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and a contra-flow Jet stream for serious swimmers. An electric cover gives added security for families with children. The pool can be heated by an electric heat pump for a small additional cost.

There are areas for the adults to enjoy some quite time to relax away from the family.

Access to a play area within the grounds can be made availble in agreement with the owners in advance.

Antibes approx 18km has the 'Marineland' complex and 'Aquapark' with water slides for children and families. The old town in Antibes is a lovely place to visit with its charming shops and good choice of restaurants

St Paul de Vence approx 30 minute drive, is a castellated village famous for it's artist studios and Renoir the Impressionist painter spent many years painting there
