Superb luxury holiday villa on the Cote d'Azur with 4 bedrooms (all with air-con), spacious living area and beautiful pool and spectacular view of the old village of Chateauneuf.

The villa is set in over 5,000m2 of mature gardens with fabulous views, is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, is finished to a very high standard and has a stunning new 13m salt water gated heated pool.
There is also a fully equipped gym, (no air-con in the gym or playroom as they are built into the stone so they stay cool), air-con in all bedrooms/living room, summer kitchen area with gas BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven.

There is also the option of having an additional house AM059A Villa Jasmin (supplementary charge) with 4 bedrooms and private pool that is located in the grounds for larger parties, this is available upon request. Both villas share the same entrance and driveway, however the plot is 1 hectare insuring complete privacy for both. Villa Violette is positioned above and the outside spaces are not on view from the second property. The outside living area of the second villa is out of view of the first.   

A fantastic South of France location for a family holiday or a large group to explore all the area has to offer.

The villa is located just 10 minutes from Valbonne and 15 minutes from Mougins; the coast is just 25 minutes drive. Nice airport is only half an hour away.

A beautiful family home, set over two levels, located in the heart of Chateauneuf. The property comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. (There is also a second property in the grounds that has another 4 bedrooms that can be made available for larger groups - please ask for details).

The villa has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms (all with air-con) and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite). There is a large modern kitchen and spacious comfy living room (with air-con), Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, sonos music system and advanced security alarm system.

The interior of the villa is modern and stylish, it is a new build which was only completed in 2008 so everything is in good condition.

On the upper level French doors lead from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom suite on to the large terrace with a covered sitting area.

The large, open plan, light and airy living area, with feature wooden ceiling beams, is complemented with contemporary furnishings and lots of comfortable seating plus a large TV - Sky TV, Apple TV and Sonos Music System.

The modern, well equipped fitted Kitchen with a black and silver theme has a professional feel with clean lines, a large central island doubling up as work space on one side and an American Bar with 4 tall bar chairs on the other, plus an enormous American fridge/freezer, large oven, 5 burner gas hob and cooker hood. More wooden ceiling beams seamlessly combine old and new.

The Owner is a wine collector and set under the stairs is a state-of-the-art wine cellar, viewed through an illuminated glass wall, regrettably this is not available for client use!

Accommodation on upper level:

Bedroom 1 - Master with air-con, private balcony, with super king bed, air conditioning and ensuite with bath, double shower, basin, bidet and wc. Decorated in subtle colours in themes of beige, taupe and white it is beautifully light with double aspect French windows.

Independent wc with wash hand basin on upper level too.

On the lower level there are 3 large bedrooms each leading out to the 13m salt water swimming pool and terrace.

Accommodation on lower level:

Bedroom 2 - Double king bed and ensuite with air-con, bath, shower, basin and wc. French windows out to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed that can be split into two singles if required, with air-con, wet room including shower, basin and wc.  French windows out to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 4 - Large room with king bed and sitting area with sofa and occasional table and French windows to the terrace.  It has air-con, an ensuite with shower, basin and wc.

On the lower floor there is a very large room, with a small window.  At the back of this room is a fully equipped gym with treadmill, exercise bicycle and multi-gym as well as a yoga area.

Also in this room is the Children's play space and a TV area where there is a double sofa bed (a 9th person can be accommodated subject to approval by the Owner - there is no cupboard space for clothes).

This South of France vacation villa is set within 5000m2 of enclosed Mediterranean garden with established trees and flowering shrubs and is lit at night. 

The 13m salt water private swimming pool is gated has Roman steps and affords stunning views. It can be heated (supplementary cost). The stone work surrounding the pool has been crafted to incorporate existing rock formations and to complement the lower level exterior. At night the pool can be illuminated.

Golf:
There are several golf courses and practice ranges in the area. The nearest is La Grande Bastide a couple of minutes away in Opio. It is approximately 3km to the entrance.
The Victoria course is just outside Valbonne (7km apprx) and St Donat at Grasse a similar distance

There are many hiking and biking trails close by to enjoy the faublous South of France countryside.

Sailing and water sports:
Power and sail boats and jet skis are readily available for hire along the coast.
Wind and kite surfing is popular too.
There also are accredited scuba diving centres.

Beaches:
The nearest shingle beach is at Cagnes sur Mer apprx 15km

South of France must sees:

Cannes apprx 30 mins has good sandy beaches.

Nice, Juan les Pins and Antibes also have sandy beaches and are easily accessible and a similar 30 minute drive.

The coastal drive to St Tropez is magnificent which can take an hour to reach, however in the summer the traffic can be very busy and it can take well over two hours to reach. There are many small sandy beaches and coves all along the Riviera.

Ski-ing
Greolieres les Neiges ski resort is less than 45 minutes away. It has downhill and cross country skiing as well as snow shoe trails. The resort caters for all abilities.
Just a little further afield there are great resorts such as Isola 2000, Valberg and Auron, all less than 2 hours from the villa for a great day's skiing. The Ski season normally runs from November until April.
