This South of France holiday villa near Valbonne is wonderfully spacious and sleeps up to 12. Nestling in the hills near the village of Plascassier and just a 10 minute drive from the charming Medieval town Valbonne, and 30 minutes from the French Riviera beaches at Antibes or Cannes.

It is in an ideal location for a family holiday in the South of France, with its huge 7000 m2 of grounds amongst an abundance of cypress trees, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The Villa is fantastic for children, a trampoline, treehouse, table tennis and even a football pitch await them.

The holiday villa has 6 bedrooms (5 of which have air-conditioning) 5 bathrooms, an open plan air conditioned living air space with kitchen and dining area, a large fenced swimming pool overlooked by the 2 terraces. The ground floor terrace - with dining table and barbecue and the upper terrace- with breathtaking views, the perfect place to watch the sunset over the South of France.

Ground floor

A beautiful open plan living area which incorporates a fabulous kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers! A central island offers plenty of working space. An American style breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen from the dining and lounge area, comfortable sofas, TV (satellite TV) and there is also a stereo system. Amazing windows that disappear into the wall lead out onto the large covered dining terrace, stunning views along with Lounge style furniture, BBQ, outdoor sink and a drinks fridge make this the hub of the villa.

The open plan lounge living area has air conditioning.

There are 2 Ground floor bedrooms in the holiday villa.

Ground floor terrace

This communicates directly with the villa and has seating areas next to the barbecue, a large outdoor dining table, as well as an outdoor sink and drink fridge. The terrace has a safety fence and gate, steps lead down to the private swimming pool.

The large pool 10m x 5m is surrounded by sun loungers, and can be seen from both terraces.

Upper terrace

This terrace is accessed from 3 of the bedrooms and from the entertainment room, excellent views over the South of France coast and the countryside.

Grounds

The villa boasts 7000 m2 of grounds and garden, fantastic for kids to run around and play, there is a football pitch, trampoline, tree house and table tennis, so plenty to keep them occupied!

The driveway splits into two, one for the clients and the other for the guardian for access to their accommodation on the lower floor (separate entrances).

Valbonne - apprx a 10 minute drive. The ancient Provence town of Valbonne is full of restaurants, cafes, bars and very chic boutiques. The Friday morning market sells fresh, local produce and is definitely worth a visit. For the history enthusiasts, there is the wondrous Chalaisian abbey, Chapels of St Bernardin and St Esprit, Roman aqueduct at Clausonnes (built at the start of the reign of Augustus) which all pay homage to the town's heritage. 

Mougins - 15 mins away, with its famous golf course

Grasse - Just 15 minutes' drive, visit the perfume houses, and a great place to eat in the evenings 

Antibes - 25-30 mins away, beaches, restaurants and shops, water park

Further afield, the other resorts on the Cote d'Azur are waiting for you to explore what the South of France has to offer.

Cannes and Nice - both approx 30-40 minutes away, all you can ask for in restaurants, designer shops, bars, beaches, boat trips, watersports and much more.

Monaco - approx 1 hr drive, why not visit the Formula 1 Museum and the Grimaldi Palace - which boasts spectacular views.
