It is conveniently located in Provence just 5 minutes from the centre of a village with a bakers, restaurants, pharmacy etc, and the villa also overlooks the picturesque countryside of Provence.
Built in traditional Provençal farmhouse style, with old polished terracotta flooring and beautiful exposed wooden beams throughout, it is richly decorated with charm and flair. This fantastic blend of beautiful antiques, Provençal fabrics and modern fixtures and fittings to make your stay in this character-filled house truly wonderful.

Steps down to the lower floor of this Provence villa lead to a gorgeous living room with a stone open fire and lovely traditional kitchen, both of which have traditional polished terracotta tiles and beautiful exposed wooden beams. Air conditioning in living areas.
There is a large air conditioned bedroom with a double bed (180cm) which has its own ensuite shower room.
There is a separate wc.
Upper Level of this Provence holiday villa
Steps up to the upper level, leads up to a further three air conditioned richly decorated bedrooms, one with an original 19th century floral wall-hanging.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160cm) with an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180cm).
Bedroom 4 has two single beds, of 80cm each.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room.
There is a separate wc.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The surface area of the house is 180m2 and the garden is 450m2.

The holiday villa is set in a 500m2 private tree-lined garden, that is not overlooked, and has plenty of mature plants and lawn.
The swimming pool (9m x 4.4m x 1.5m deep) has steps down into it for easy entry for the young or infirm and can be heated outside July/August for a supplementary cost. It has an infra-red electronic alarm which sounds inside the house.
There is plenty of garden furniture, including sun loungers,a parasol and a barbecue.
There is a 'summer kitchen' for dining outside in the shade.
Private parking and a garage are available for your use.
The village, approx 8km from famous Gordes is one of the prettiest, but probably one of the least known in Provence; set on a hill with winding streets, a windmill, a château, a lovely square at the heart of the village with all necessary amenities.
Just a few minutes' walk from the house you will find several good family restaurants; 'La Bartavelle' (rue du Cheval Blanc), 'Le Carillon', 'Cafe de la Poste' (great for sallads and grilled meat - lunch time service), an award winning epicerie, two bakeries, a pharmacy.
In approx 15 mins walk or 3 mins car, there is the Café restaurant de Notre Dame de Lumière (every day service, not too expensive). Not far from Goult in a village called Gordes you will find many good restaurants such as 'Bonnieux', 'Lacoste', Ménerbes.
Tennis courts 400m from the house.
The lovely Roman church, St. Sebastien, is situated in the main village square and regularly holds classical music concerts. Writers and craftsmen meet for four days over the holiday weekend of 15th August to put on and enjoy numerous shows and exhibitions.
Local Provence markets can be found in Apt (15km) on Tuesday and Saturday mornings (famous for Provençal crystallised fruit), on Thursday morning at 'La Tour d'Aigues', in Pertuis on Wednesday and Friday mornings, at Cadenet on a Saturday morning and in Coustellet on a Sunday morning.
Roussillon, 10 minutes or 8km away, is situated on a hill surrounded by ochre cliffs and you can follow the trail through the Colorado Provençal towards the village of Rustrel.
Both villages have excellent restaurants.
8km from the stunning hilltop village of Gordes and the Abbey de Senanque and Le Musee de la Lavande.
The Golf course is approx 12km away in the hearth of Provence inside the Natural Parc of Luberon.
Ancient Avignon with the famous Palais des Papes is apprx 40 minutes/ 40km drive away.
Approx 20km E of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - A beautiful town of mills and waterways, famous for its antique shops (some 350 of them!). Golf course.
Approx 18km SE of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse - Source of the river Sorgue, that rises at the foot of spectacular, limestone cliffs. The home of Petrach.
Approx 50 km NE of Les-Baux-de-Provence, fortified village perched on dramatic scarps, reknowned for its restaurants.
40km approx E of Avignon. (Palais des Papes).
80km approx NW of Aix-en-Provence.
95km approx N of Marseille.
