Extremely well maintained holiday villa, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, modern kitchen, fabulous outdoor area for dining, relaxing and of course swimming in the private pool.

A short walk (10 minutes) into Valbonne, where you will find restaurants and local shops, head to the Places des Arcades which is the central square, very unique as the small alleyways are all in a grid layout. The Friday market is not to be missed.

Beaches are a 10km drive away.

This two storey holiday villa has been extremely well maintained and offers a great base for exploring the South of France.

Ground floor

Large, air-conditioned living areas that are all interconnected, the modern kitchen with all appliances has French doors leading out to the fabulous outdoor terrace.

Off the kitchen is the dining room that comfortably seats 8.

The Lounge area also opens out onto the terrace, the separate tv room is next to the lounge.

An independent wc is on the ground floor.

First floor

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This villa had a fabulous outdoor area, mature mediterranean garden and private pool.

Large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and covered outdoor dining area perfect for an evening BBQ (Gas).

The 8m x 5m pool on the lower level of the garden is quite secluded offering privacy.

There is a terrace on the first floor of the villa with a table and chairs which is accessed by 3 of the bedrooms.

Valbonne - approx a 10 minute walk. The ancient Provence town of Valbonne is full of restaurants, cafes, bars and very chic boutiques. The Friday morning market sells fresh local produce and is definitely worth a visit. For the history enthusiasts, there is the wondrous Chalaisian abbey, Chapels of St Bernardin and St Esprit, Roman aqueduct at Clausonnes (built at the start of the reign of Augustus) which all pay homage to the town's heritage. 

Mougins - 7km away, with its famous golf course

Grasse - 11 km visit the perfume houses, and a great place to eat in the evenings 

Antibes - 17km, beaches, restaurants and shops, water park

All the other resorts on the Cote d'Azur are waiting for you to explore what the South of France has to offer.

Cannes and Nice - both approx 30-40 minutes away, all you can ask for in restaurants, designer shops, bars, beaches, boat trips, watersports and much more.

Monaco - approx 1 hr drive, why not visit the Formula 1 Museum and the Grimaldi Palace - which boasts spectacular views.

Biot - a pretty medieval hilltop village famous for glass blowing and ceramics, with lovely winding cobbled streets, restaurants and artisan shops is just 10km away.
