Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€400 cash and cheque for €1,000 (or equivalent) on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. There is an obligatory visitors tax of €1,50 per person (age 18 and over) per day, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Good mobile reception but no landline available. Wi-Fi Internet Access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included in the rent. Heated pool included in rental - heated from 1st of May to 30th of September only. October can be heated to 22 degrees for a supplement of 200 Euro per week. Please ensure doors and windows are closed when using the air-conditioning.

Gas / Oil

Underfloor Heating on ground and first floors. Wood burning stove for winter

Bed Linen & Towels

Linen, towels and pool towels are included in the Rental.

Cleaning

End of Stay cleaning is €200 cash on arrival. However, whilst you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets may be allowed on prior request for an additional supplement of €100 euro per pet, per week. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. Pool Heating Mid April to end September is included in rental. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
