Booking Conditions [AM037B]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Check in after 4pm and not later than 6pm - upon arrival you will be greeted and shown around. Check out is 10am a member of the Team will be there to say goodbye, please do not book your departure flight time before 10am as the property needs to be inspected together for the safe return of your deposit. If you are absent for the handover of keys at this stage, you will have to trust our Team's report on the state of the property as they found it in your absence.

Breakages

Regarding the Breakages Deposit it is an obligation of the Rental Contract that 10 days prior to your arrival date an amount of Euro 1000 (or Sterling/dollar equivalent) to be transferred to the owner. The Owner will contact you direct with her Bank Details. Please mark this transaction with your Booking Reference and ensure you email the Owner and advise this has been done and give her your Bank Account details in order that the return transfer, less any deductions for agreed breakages/damage, can be effected in the same way within 10 days after your departure.

Telephone

Broadband, Wi-Fi. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The house is air-conditioned throughout so please remember to shut the doors when the air-conditioning is on. Air-con is included in the rental.

Gas / Oil

Heating is included in the rental.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels (one large and one small), together with towels for the pool are included in the rent.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge included. Additional cleaning during your stay may be possible please contact us for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 4. The rent is for up to 4 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Children must be surveyed at all times.
