Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£3000 GB Sterling to be paid by bank transfer into the owners account, no later than 14 days before arrival date, to be returned by the owner by the same method, less deductions for any breakages, within 14 days of departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available (no telephone). Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Possibility of heated pool on demand at an extra cost of £100 GB Sterling per week with advance notice, to be paid with balance payment. Pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Gas / Oil

Heating - underfloor in the kitchen, remaining ground floor rooms have oil fired radiators. Reversible air con in all bedrooms except Bedrooms 3 and 4 which have oil fired radiators.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and bath towels (1 large, 1 small) are included in the rental. Pool towels are also available and included in the rental.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included. Additional Maid service may be available during your stay at €20 hr. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house requires an extraordinary clean is required extra money will be charged.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14. The rent is for up to a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. No smoking in the house. Ashtrays can be provided if required, but these must be used outside and great care must be taken to extinguish cigarettes/cigars etc. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
