Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1300 euro - can be paid in cash on arrival or transferred in advance to the owner's bank account 10 days before arrival - returned less taxe de sejour (tourist tax) at the local rate per adult per day, and deductions for any breakages within 21 days of departure. Please let us know which method you prefer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The pool is heated from June to the end of September and is included in the rental. Possibility of pool heating in May and October at a supplementary charge of €200 euro per week.

Gas / Oil

Underfloor heating/cooling system.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach. For two weeks stays or more there will be a weekly change of linen and towels included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included and up to 2 hours of daily cleaning (bedrooms and bathrooms). Additional Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed on prior request with a daily supplement for cleaning. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the beds and furniture and any mess should be removed from the garden.

Party Sizes

The Property sleeps 16 - in total maximum 12 adults + 4 children, The 2 childrens' rooms are strictly for children only.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
