Booking Conditions [AU030A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays/Sundays in July and Augsut 2015. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£500 GB Sterling to be transferred to the owners bank account no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date. To be returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

For Winter Lets a supply of logs is left by the Owner for the drawing room open fire.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and bath towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge - included when the house is at full occupancy and no discounts have been applied. Maid service during your stay may be please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Some Pets may be allowed at the Owner's discretion and express permission.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 16 (12 adults and 4 children with the possibility of 2 babies in addition).

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
