Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 9.30am. Late arrival (Until 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€300 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. Taxe des sejour included.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

100kwh included in the rental, which is plemty, please turn off air-con when not in the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels are provided (one large and one small). Please bring your own towels for the beach. If you require a change of linen & towels provided during your stay there is a cash charge of €20.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Extra Maid service may be possible during your stay please ask for details. End of stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Not allowed, as the owners have a dog.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 2.

Additional

Fire: It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
