Booking Conditions [HE020C]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€400 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages and the local taxe de sejour on morning of departure.

Telephone

Not available but mobile phone reception is good. There is however Wi-Fi internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at standard EDF rate. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen and Towels are included, however if you want a change of bedlinen during your stay there will be an additional charge. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €150 cash, payable on arrival. Maid service during your stay available at €20 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
