Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (until 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€400 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. Taxe des sejour included

Telephone

Wi-fo included, telephone available on request. The owners live close by and their number can be given for emergency contact. Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

100 kwh included in the rental, this is plenty for normal use, do not leave the AC on when not in the property or use with windows open.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels (one large, one small) are included in the rental. Should you require additional sets during your stay there is a charge of €10 per double bed, €8 per single and €5 for towels (one large, one small) payable in cash locally. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rental. Maid service during your stay available at €11 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Allowed on prior request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6. Children under 7 not accepted.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
