Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible by prior arrangement. There is a guardian who can see you in and out of the property.

Breakages

€500 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. A 'tax de sejour' (visitors tax) is applicable, which will be collected in cash by the owner.

Telephone

Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service.

Electric

Electricity is not included in the rent and will be charged at €0.30kw hr. An electricity meter reading will take place on arrival and departure. There is air-conditioning/heating in every bedroom.

Bed Linen & Towels

Included. (If a change of linen is required there will be a supplementary charge).

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning charge: €250 cash to Keyholder on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Shopping, catering and baby-sitting services on request. Breakfast can be supplied and served on request for an additional supplement.
