Booking Conditions [HE046A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€450 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Telephone

Internet access by cable available. Wi-Fi available in the main house. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The pool will be heated all season (unless the weather is very hot) and included in the rental. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms of the Maison d'Amis planned for 2019 and included in the rental.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre. If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

One set of bedsheets and towels are provided and included in the rent. A change of linen will be provided for 2 week bookings at no extra charge. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rent. Extra maid service during your stay may be arranged in advance ( payable). For both one and two week bookings there is also a mid-week clean (3 hours) included in the rental price. For two week bookings there is an additional mid-stay clean (5 hours) included in the rental. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state or should any furniture be moved around and not returned to it's original place, further monies will be retained from the breakages deposit. Please ensure all bottles are taken to the local recycling point.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 13 + baby

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
