Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Telephone

Telephone is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Wi-Fi via Livebox. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Winter supplement for electric radiators of €300 euro per week.

Gas / Oil

If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at €40 per week

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed sheets and towels and pool towels are included in the price.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay at an extra cost please ask for details. As this is such a large residence you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. Please leave the house as you have found it. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 15.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Possibility of airport transfers via local taxi firm.
