Booking Conditions [HE101A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€200 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure. There is an obligatory Taxe de Sejour (Visitors Tax) of 1 euro per person, per day for any guests of 18 and over, to be paid locally in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available (no telephone). Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Electricity up to 300 Kwh per week is included in the rent, after that the cost will be 0,20 euro cts per Kwh. This is by normal use enough for the hot water, lighting and a little heating in the evening in mid-season. Low Season rentals - a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure and charged accordingly.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, bath towels (1 large, 1 small and tea towels) and pool towels are available for hire as required (if you wish to bring any or all of your own that is no problem). Please advise any requirements in advance: 2020 Prices: Bed Linen (beds made up)- 12 Euro per person, Bath/tea towels 12 Euro per person, Beach Towels 5 Euro per person. Payable locally in cash on arrival.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rental. Extra Maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

At the Owner's discretion.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
